JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under the general direction and leadership of the President of Continuing Care & Allied Services and in conjunction with the Medical Director for Senior Health services, provides leadership and direction for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare (WFH) Senior Health Services to include: strategic planning, program and business development, marketing, physician partnering, and vertical and horizontal system integration of services within an integrated regional delivery system. Integrates service line clinical programs through WFH operating units, facilities and medical staffs. Serves as the leader of the WFH Regional Senior Health Service Committee to enhance patient care by implementing key initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's in Nursing. PhD preferred with 5-7 years of experience. WI RN License Required.
